Isabelle LeBlanc is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in pedagogy, educational neuroscience, and leadership development. Before joining the Canadian School of Florence two years ago, she served as Vice Principal and Principal at Conseil Scolaire Providence. It is within this school board that she also held the role of Educational Consultant, contributing to strategic planning, professional development, and mentorship programs.
Isabelle’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Education from Laurentian University, a postgraduate diploma in Public Relations from Western University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa.
She has participated in various professional development programs, including courses on anti-racism, educational neuroscience, literacy development and technology integration in schools.
Passionate about pedagogy and educational neurosciences, Isabelle focuses on creating inclusive and innovative learning environments. She aims to enhance the educational experience at CSF by incorporating the UN’s Global Goals for Sustainability, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and the development of 21st-century skills.
Isabelle is dedicated to promoting diversity, student well-being, and a sense of belonging within the school community.
