Canadian School of Florence is a proud member of the Globeducate Schools network (formerly known as NACE Schools).
Globeducate is a network of more than 50 premium international schools and online programmes educating more than 25,000 students in ten different countries and on three continents.
Our mission to prepare each of our students to become a global citizen who can shape the world.
We carefully design and create opportunities to ensure that each student discovers and develops his or her skills in a positive, nurturing and enriching learning environment. Our Globeducate schools are culturally and linguistically diverse, allowing us to cultivate a truly global approach to prepare our students for working within an international framework in the future.

Shaping the World
We believe that young people will only succeed in the world of
tomorrow if they are prepared for the challenges they will face.
The world is changing at an incredible pace, and education has to
keep up with this constantly shifting environment. In addition to
providing an excellent education, we ensure that our students build character, learn skills and develop abilities beyond the purely
academic. Unprecedented innovation in science and technology
will transform the way we live, and the way we work. Our students
will need to constantly align their skillset to keep pace.
We prepare our students for jobs that have not been created, for technologies that have not yet been invented, to solve problems that have not yet been anticipated.
To navigate such uncertainty our students must develop creativity, self-confidence and perseverance; they will need to respect and appreciate the ideas, perspectives and values of others, and they will need to care about the wellbeing of their wider communities and planet. As educators we have the opportunity and responsibility to lay the foundations for a better future. We prepare each of our students to become global citizens who can shape the world.
Our Globeducate Agenda underwrites the United Nations 2030 Global Sustainable Development Goals and, through our partnerships with the WWF and Eco-Schools, our project unites our students and teachers from around the world to partake in active discussions and to make an impact on the future, shaping the world.
Our schools offer a wide range of extra-curricular activity programmes, exchange programmes and competitions, conferences and workshops designed to develop our students’ inherent skills and abilities in a positive, focused and exciting learning environment. Click here to read more.
Globeducate also offers students summer courses in several different countries: in the UK, France and Spain currently. Click here to find out about our educational exchanges and to download our summer programme brochure.
