Cross-campus collaboration between Senior School and Kindergarten

The Junior Kindergarten class and the Grade 10 Technology course worked together, remotely, to create a new wall-mounted alphabet display. The high school students designed and cut 2cm wide letters, in upper and lower case, as a template for the JK students.

Simultaneously, the JK students selected 2 colour and painted backgrounds. Miss Gabbie and her Gazelles attached the painted background to the template to create clear and colorfully painted letters.

The classes met virtually to learn about the project and then for the JK students to present their artwork to the high school students who had made the templates.

It was fun for some of the older students to see what JK looks like - it's been 10 years for most of them!
